Parts: Most Karcher parts are in stock for same day shipping. Parts for all other makes and models are available usually within one or two days. Our inventory on Karcher parts is one of the BEST in the U.S.A.
Customer Service: Our Customer Service Department for ordering parts is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. In-stock parts are generally shipped within 48 hours of ordering.
